Return & Refund Policy
General All sales of WPC fencing products are final for B2B customers unless the product is defective or damaged upon delivery. We do not accept returns for buyer's remorse or incorrect ordering.
Eligibility for Returns Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
- The product is defective or damaged upon delivery
- The wrong item was shipped
- The return request is submitted within 7 days of delivery
All return requests must be submitted in writing to [your email] and include photos of the defective or damaged goods.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-cut or special-order panels
- Products that have been installed or altered
- Items returned without prior written authorization (RMA)
Return Process
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- Ship the product back in its original packaging using a freight carrier of your choice.
- Return freight costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds Approved refunds will be issued within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned goods. Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit at our discretion.
Florida Consumer Protection In accordance with Florida Statute § 501.0117, our return policy is clearly disclosed at the point of sale. B2B transactions are generally exempt from Florida's consumer protection return requirements; however, we are committed to fair and transparent business practices.
Restocking Fee A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply to authorized returns of non-defective items.
