Shipping Policy

Processing Time All B2B orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Freight & Delivery Due to the size and weight of our WPC fencing products, all B2B orders ship via freight carrier (LTL/FTL). Shipping costs are calculated based on order volume, weight, and delivery location. A shipping quote will be provided prior to order confirmation.

Delivery Area We currently ship to all contiguous US states. Deliveries to Florida and surrounding states typically arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch.

Minimum Order Quantities Freight shipments are subject to minimum order quantities. Please contact us for details.

Receiving & Inspection The buyer is responsible for inspecting all goods upon delivery. Any visible damage must be noted on the delivery receipt and reported to us within 48 hours of receipt.

Freight Claims In the event of shipping damage, please retain all packaging and contact us immediately. We will assist in filing a freight claim with the carrier.

Returns & Refused Shipments Unauthorized returns or refused shipments may be subject to restocking fees and return freight charges.
